An affluent pocket of the general area, the median household income in Barnesville is $101,325, or close to triple the national average.
Neighboring Beallsville is another niche real estate market within the area of Dickerson. An even smaller community of about 115 residents, this neighborhood is equally affluent and offers some stately homes and farms.
